Feature Request for deactivate Coediting (Beta) – Crashes and Popups

Question

Since I activated the Coediting (Beta) feature for one of my Adobe XD files, I experience frequent popups due to connection loss, application stalls and crashes.
How to deactivate the Coediting feature/mode? Who can I contact for this? I can't find the support email address anywhere.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I am afraid, as of now, we don't have an option to deactivate the co-editing option. We have received a similar request on Adobe XD UserVoice page, I'd request you to please upvote this request: https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/39223024-ability-to-turn-off-coediting

Regarding crash issues, I'd request if you can share a few more details like:

The screenshot of the About XD info page.
Does this happen on a specific file or multiple files?
Does this happen on all the systems or some specific ones?
