Feature request for format painter tool in xd

how to use such format tool in xd to get reusability like in ms-word and excel.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing the feedback. I am afraid, we don't have the format painter tool in XD however, it does sound like a great feature request, so I'd share your feedback with the Engineering team and you can do that too by posting your idea here: https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests

 

In addition to that, I'd like to tell you that, you could do global character style or color edits in XD through the assets panel. Just add your colors and character styles to the Assets panel, and once you edit any of the color/character style properties in the assets panel, those edits will propagate to all objects or symbols that inherit those properties.
