Feature request for Share access to all contributors please

Question

Hi XD Fam!
It is very limiting that only the owner of the file is able to create Share links. Everyone contributing to that file should be able to create a Share link. What if the owner is sick, or is fired to the project? Yes, with versioning I could create a new file, however that can cause confusion later. Can we all have access to creating a Share link, p l e a s e?

This is the best way of communicating with the Engineering and Product Management teams regarding issues and suggestions so they can be implemented in future releases.
