Feedback to developers，Error/Bug on system preferred language
Sorry，English is not my native language. Please forgive my strange grammar.
My device information：
Windows 10 Home and Basic Edition
Version Number：1809
Operating system version: 17763.194
Problem Description：
1) Set the first language to English，Adobe XD cc can be used normally.
2) BUT, Set Chinese as the system first language，Adobe XD cc Software stuck without work area,like this ↓↓↓↓
I can't do anything, I can't drag any tools, the software can't provide any feedback.
3) Then,set English as the system first language again. The software will work normally, but the operating language is English.
This thing made me crash...
