Fermeture inopiné d'Adobe XD quand j'ouvre plusieurs fichiers XD

Bonjour,

Je travaille sur trois projets en même temps sur trois fichiers XD différents. Jusqu'à présent, ça marchait très bien mais depuis peu, Adobe XD se ferme quand j'ouvre un deuxième fichier.

J'ai le même problème sur mon ordinateur personnel :

Processeur : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700F CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz

RAM : 32,0 Go

Système d’exploitation 64 bits, processeur x64

Windows 10 family

 

et sur mon ordinateur professionnel :

Processeur : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700F CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz

RAM : 16,0 Go

Système d’exploitation 64 bits, processeur x64

Windows 10 Professionnel

 

Mon logiciel est à jour.

    We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Please ensure that you are on the latest version of XD which is 47. In case if XD is already up to date, please collect and share system logs . Will it be possible for you to share the XD files with us? If yes, please add the log file and XD files to a shared drive like Google Drive or DropBox and share the link through DM.

     

    We'll try our best to assist you with this.
