File does not save, strange icons are displayed, data loss

File does not save, strange icons are displayed, closing XD is also not possible, task manager had to be used --> data loss:

Hi Matthia,We are sorry to hear you are having you're experiencing issues with XD, the strange icons on XD its because of, if the Xd is opened for long time or if xd is running in background at that time strange icons come, but once you re-start the sytsem/ XD, the icons will  be normal again. Hi Matthia,

We are sorry to hear you are having you're experiencing issues with XD. We would request you to please try signing out of XD and Creative cloud and restart the machine. After restarting please log back in. If that doesn't help, please make sure you are running the latest version of XD 30.1.12.4. Please ensure your graphic card drivers are up to date. Please visit the manufacturer's site to check for the latest update.
