File load hanging in XD after crash

Hiya - I cannot open an XD file, but I'm not getting any error messages. I can open every other file, but this one hangs on loading. It's not an overly large file. The file was continuously reloading and erasing my work all morning, so I tried to close it down and restart it, but it crashed completely (see video). I closed down creative cloud and restarted it, and now this file hangs on loading (see photo). The file does not belong to me and it still working for owner.

Follow up: I followed all the steps here and the file no longer hangs on the laoding bar, but I get a red toast notification saying it no longer saves to the cloud, then the file attempts to sync and I get this error.

Error 5752 in Adobe XD is usually related to network connectivity issues. To resolve this error, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your network connection: Ensure that your device is connected to a stable internet connection and try reconnecting.
  • Disable VPN or Proxy: If you're using a VPN or proxy server, try disabling it temporarily and reconnect to see if the issue resolves.
  • Clear cache and cookies: Clear your browser cache and cookies and restart Adobe XD.
  • Restart your computer: Sometimes, a simple restart of your computer can resolve network connectivity issues.
  • Update Adobe XD: Make sure that you're using the latest version of Adobe XD.
