File not opening

My CC shows XD is up to date, version 42.1.22. But whenever trying to open any xd files, it closes. Opening xd shows error code 5719. Tried uninstalling and then reinstalling but the problem remains. Can anybody from Xd help me to solve the issue?

where are your files saved? In addition, I refer you to a thread similar to yours: Error 5719 while opening Adobe XD.
