File Synchronization

Hi everyone!
I have some difficulties with the synchronization of my XD Files. 
The new Cloud File I created today isn't "uploading" to the cloud.
And I can not open the file my collegue shared with me.
The invitations to the file reached me, but there is no way to open it.

I already checked my connection and updated XD today.

Any tipps? Thank you!

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please share a few more details like:

 

  1.  A screenshot of the About XD info page.
  2.  Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
  3.  Are you able to access the file here https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents ?
  4.  Do you get any error while accessing the file?
