Fixed elements property not displayed in Prototype mode

There used to be a right hand side menu when selecting Prototype. I updated my XD yesterday and seems like the right hand side menu completely disappears from this version. Is this a bug? After I select my artboard or any content and want to start prototyping I don't have any right hand side menu. It was showing until last week. I could select that the item is fixed menu, or play around with some content but now the menu completely gone.

I got it, thank you. But there was a panel on the side when in the

prototype mode. Now i see it's all merged into 1 panel

Fixed elements were added to the design property inspector, not the prototyping property inspector. As someone who has been working on the product from the beginning, I can tell you for sure we’ve never had a prototype mode property inspector.

Hi Matinm,

Would it be possible for you to post a screenshot so that we understand what is happening?

From what I understand, you are unable to see the Properties panel when you click an artboard or an object. Is that correct? If so, can you try uninstalling the software and reinstalling it again from the Creative Cloud? Also, can  you confirm the version number of Adobe XD that you have?

Thanks,

Yes, that is correct. I don't see the properties panel for prototype

section. I did uninstall and install again but still doesn't work.

We’ve actually never had a property inspector for prototype mode! So what you’re seeing is correct.
