Fixed Position In Prototype makes objects disappear

I have buttons that sit bellow the viewport in a fixed position they disapear and it sems like this has been going on for a while now (fresh update today 7.21.2020).

Has there been any solutions to this? And the answer 'you cant have you cake and eat it too' really isnt good enough.
