fixed position when scrolling

it posible to check that fixed position only for second state? 
in current version of adobe xd you can only do is fixed the whole state

Well this is expected behaviour , for entire component fixed position is applied not for particular states ,you can raise for feature request at Adobe XD : https://adobexd.uservoice.com/ and get voted!
