Flows getting combined in XD. Help!

So 2 of my XD Flows are getting combined and are being shared as a group.
As you can see below.
There are 2 links, separate Home selected and no interfering links in-between but still when I am selecting 2nd Flow, they all are sharing as one Link!
Though it's only happening when I am clicking on the 2nd Flow, as you can see there is no inter-linking between both.
Kindly help!
