Font Awesome is not working after starting the Computer again

Question

Every time I shut down my computer and start it again Adobe XD says that Font Awesome is missing. So every time I have to install the fonts again, because otherwise only the fonts ID is shown.
The fonts are also located in the Windows fonts file and are installed in the Creative Cloud application.

If anyone knows this issue already, I would be really happy if you can help me out!

Sorry for the delay in response. Would you mind telling us if this is happening with this specific font or all the fonts? Is it happening with every file or with a specific file? Have you tried the steps mentioned in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/fonts/user-guide.html/in/fonts/kb/troubleshoot-font-activation.ug.html?

Thank you for the response. I tried it, but it didn't work. I was also my company's IT-support, but they were also not able to find a solution.
It happens to every file. So in general for Adobe XD the font is missing until I reinstall it.
