font manager

I use a font manager.
But the font doesn't activate.
It works normally in other Adobe programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop. But only XD doesn't work.
I reinstalled font Manager and XD.
And also opened the font manager, deactivated the font, re-enabled it, and run the program again.
But it's not working.

I use the Sandol font.
