Font not showing in XD after installed in System

I installed a font on my system. Mac OS. Shut down Adobe Xd. Reopened and the font is not showing up in the font list.

Please advise

Update, this is a custom font not found in TypeKit. Please advise why it would not show up in XD. It is showing fine in PS and AI

Could you please share the name of the font and how you have installed it? I would also like to know the version of Adobe XD and OS?

As stated above, it's a custom font. We made it. Giving you the name is irrelevant. It works on Photoshop and other Adobe products. How do I make it useable in XD?
