Fonts not showing up

Hi. None of my fonts (custom or adobe fonts) are showing up. It keeps giving me that "Missing Fonts" warning even there are no fonts. Please help. Thanks!

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for the trouble, Could you please answer the bwloe listed points

    1.In which version of XD your facing the issue?

    2.Is it with all the files OR specific file?

    3.In which platform facing the issue WIN /MAC?

    Your answers will be helpful in reproducing the issue and fixing it ASAP

    Please check for the core sync in Creative cloud desktop , after its in sync>Quit XD > Relaunch XD
