Fonts not working

I have many fonts which are listed in the font dropdown, but when I select them the font is not correct, eg decorative fonts show as just plain sans-serif.

Fonts are installed using Extensis Suitcase Fusion.

Windows.

    Thanks, the solution didn't work after restarting XD a few times, then suddenly it started working. Strange behaviour.

    Any new update to fix this problem? It happens to me more often than I would like. It's frustrating to say the least.
