Forced to update to version 35, not available to my other teammates. Locked out.

Question

My team and I are unable to edit a shared document as Adobe's software update schedule is staggered, leaving some of my members with version 34, and me with 35.

My team members do not have access to 35. On 34, Creative Cloud says they are up to date.

We're so sorry for the delay in responses. This generally happens when the updates are been rolled out in phases however this should not affect the users from the same region. Having said that, I'll share your feedback with the team. Feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance.
