Hi all.
I had a free adobe XD account since 2020, later on and because I was required for google's UX Design course I had to accept a student package proposed by them in order to complete the course and had no alternative but to change the package. Now you come and cancel the free account I had originally if not to subscribe to your services - This is not a fair procedure

    Hi @Pedro27249856n3q2,

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, there were changes made to the starter plan, please see the details here: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/changes-to-xd-starter-plan.html. You can download the starter plan from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/get-started.html.

Instead of launching XD from the Creative Cloud Desktop app, try starting it elsewhere – namely, from the Windows Start menu or the macOS Dock/Launchpad.

Then choose the "Exit XD" button, but XD Starter should still run – even without a trial or paid plan.

Let us know if that helps.

    Thanks,

    Harshika

    Hello again,
I apologize for only responding now.
What you are proposing for me to get back to the original plan doesn't work.
After installing the creative cloud there is a condition to have access to the installation of Adobe xd desktop. The only option I have, if I want a beginner plan version is to install a trial for seven days of Adobe XD, which seems unfair since I still don't use the application professionally and I'm just testing features.
Am I wrong? If so, please tell me how to get adobe xd independent of the creative cloud, since I am interested in keeping the beginner's plan in the conditions that I have always had and in which I admit your limitations, although I disagree when compared with the starter plan of figma (your biggest competitor).

I look forward to an urgent reply.
    Thank you,
    Regards
    Pedro Fernandes
