Frequent freeze of XD

Hi Team,
I am facing an issue where my XD freezes frequently and i need to close the application and start it again. It works for sometime and than freezes back. I have installed the latest version of XD and still the issue persist.
Kindly request you to help me in this and provide a solution.

    Hi  Aniket Tonpe,

    Sorry for the inconvenience, could you please let us know:
    1. Is the issue with all the files
    2. What is the document size on which you are getting the issue
    3. Since when you are facing the issue
    4. What is the OS version of your system on which you are facing the issue
    5. Will it be possible to share screenrecording and logs with us.
    6. What is the CPU utilization of your system when the app freezes.

    Hi,
    1. Yes, it is for all the files.
    2. It happens with all the documents with small as well as huge file sizes.

    3. From past 3-4 weeks.

    4. Currently i am using windows 11.
    5. Yes, sharing screen recording.

    6. CPU utilization is normal even when the app is freezed.
