Functional Xd toolkits for Windows apps

I'm designing a Windows application and looking for toolkits with functional controls, etc.  I downloaded the Adobe Xd toolkit for UPW apps.  It has templates and static control designs, but no built in functionality.  Anyone have a source for controls with behaviors built in -- e.g., a drop down list that drops down when clicked, etc.?  Or do all behaviors have to be explicitly "coded" in Xd?

    Thanks for using Adobe XD, you may create these behaviors using overlay and auto-animate features.
