Get sizes on adobe xd link

I need to replicate a web design from an adobe xd link, the problem is that adobe xd link is for viewing purposes only and I can't get the font sizes, colors etc. what kind of tools I can use get all those info?

    Hi Strom_askal,

    Thank you for writing us, you can get all fonts or artboard information if link is generated in development mode.

    From XD you(owner) can update the same design to development mode , below are the steps:-

    1. Go to XD

    2. open design in XD 

    3. go to share 

    4. change view setting to development

    5. create the link

    if you will open that link in web or share with anyone they can see all information of that artboard which is required to replicate the design.
