Getting error 44:47 while creating a new or existing link

Hi,

 

I'm gating the 44:47 issue while creating a shareable link. I tried to create a new document but still, the same issue is coming. Even I tried all provided toubleshooting guides but unfortunately, it's not working for me. 

 

Even though I'm trying to connect with my phone hotspot, it says you are offline.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry to hear you're unable to create links in XD. I am unable to reproduce the issue on my end on the windows machine. Would you mind signing out of XD, Creative Cloud Desktop, restarting the machine, and then signing back in?
