Getting error while exporting in XD"There was a problem exporting your assets"

Every export has faced the same issue.

Thank you for confirming. The reason this error seems to surface is, when you export the asset for the first time to a specific location, that particular location now has the exported asset with the specific file assets name. Now when we export assets with the same name and at the same specific location then it creates a conflict. That's why changing the export location resolves this. If you don't want to export to a different location, please change the name assigned to the assets.

  1. The version of XD and the OS.
  2. Are you getting this error while exporting to a specific format or on all formats?
  3. Have you tried changing the destination of the export? Please try that and let us know if that helps?

    Thanks for the valuable response.

     

    1, The version of XD and the OS.
    Version: 31.2.12
    OS: Windows 10
    2, Are you getting this error while exporting to a specific format or on all formats?
    Most time PNG
    3, Have you tried changing the destination of the export? Please try that and let us know if that helps?
    Yes once change the location then I can export successfully
