Getting Something Went Wrong went trying to share links

I have been getting this error the last few days when trying to share my file or opening shared file link.

    Hi Daria,

    does this problem occur with all files? Have you tried with a different internet connection?

      yes, this happens with evey file. Now that you mentioned, it worked when I connected to my phone's hot spot! So if it's an internet connection issue, how do I solve this?
