Gutenberg rolls in his grave over XDs text functionality

Maybe XD should  allow you to change the size before you start typing.  Right now if the text box is set to 14pt, and I want 20pt, I have to type in 14pt first, then highlight the text and change it to 20pt. It should change the size of the text before I type anything, and never revert back to 14 pt once I have inputted 20pt with the text box highlighted.  When do we think this will be fixed?
