Has Alexa Preview stopped working properly?

I created a very simple, 3-artboards prototype just to check the functionality of the plugin.
- I've installed the plugin and the skill and linked the accounts.
- I have set a speech response for each artboard

- I have linked all 3 artboards with voice triggers

When I click the plugin, I get the message: "Please authorize the Adobe XD Alexa Skill to export the prototype". If I ask my echo device to open Adobe XD it says there is no prototype exported. I have seen no documentation requesting authorization for export other than linking the accounts. Am I missing something or has the plugin stopped working?
