Having trouble installing Adobe XD ( error code: 21)

Hello,

I have been trying to Install Adobe XD on my Window 10 Pro since last week and I keep receiving error code 21. I have a working internet connection. And don't have any antivirus software that I know of. All Adobe services are available and running as of now.

I'm also using Google Chrome in order to complete the download.

Does anyone know what else I can do?

one more thing I am using this before refresh my window. after refreshing the window this issue has occurred. I don't know what to do.

Please help me if anyone knows what I should do.
