Help for the newbie (how to move an object by the millimeter)

Hello all, just started to learn this program and encountered a problem, I can not move the object by millimeter, and it moves about a square, and I can not put the object exactly between the two objects. I would be very grateful for feedback on how to do it.

    Normally when using the mouse or arrow keys, XD will move the selected object by 1 pixel. If you need finer control, you can manually enter the x & Y values in the properties panel, located on the right of the window.
