Help! I work in XD and can't figure out how my position replacement can download it

Question

I have XD as well as the Creative Cloud application/suite. I have it because I have a license through the university I work at. My new replacement should have the same liscence, working at same university. Looking at previous forum posts, it looks like customer service has to be contacted to give access to XD download? So can you help me with getting XD download access to my colleague?

Our Adobe accounts are: tjbriggs@ualr.edu (mine, with XD) and ruprety@ualr.edu (no XD nor download to find)

@Tenzing34605041kewf I would check with the school's IT team. Many universities have a dedicated IT or software portal where staff can log in with their university credentials and download licensed software directly. This is the most common and easiest way to get Adobe Creative Cloud applications in an academic setting. They should search for "Adobe Creative Cloud," "Adobe Apps," or "Software Downloads" on their university's internal IT website. Often, they'll find instructions to log in to Adobe.com with their university email address, which then authenticates them through the university's single sign-on (SSO) system and grants them access to the Creative Cloud Desktop app and subsequent downloads.
