Help: Is there anyway to create a vertical slide without having it to scroll? Using buttons/keys

I'm creating a sports video game concept. I'm created an area that lets you pick teams. I've set up the wirefram to move to each block by tapping the down key. It stops working after the second team. It works when it scrolls but I'd like it to scroll to where it's set centered vertically.
