Help! Need access to a designer's XD file - designer had to go on emergency leave

Hi All,

What's the best way to gain access to a Designer's XD file? She just was in an emergency and was unable to share before she had to take her leave.

We have at least the link used to review and make comments on the mockup. However, we need to update a few items on the mockup by end of this week.

Help, PLEASE!

I see you are not in a good place. This is a serious data security, group file-sharing scenario Adobe has NOT addressed. It's big. The community has been asking for them to address this–forever. The answer is to get the file from the designer and re-share it from your account. I experienced this as a manager and it drove me into Figma.

Hi. I don't think so, if you're referring to the sharing link for the XD prototypes. Our designer was able to return early from emergency and shared the XD file.
