help with prototyping menu

I'm using this video to try and recreate this menu. This is what my menu ultimately looks like.

Could somebody make a video to show me how to reproduce this menu? I'd like to be able to have the hover states working.

@Laura37191504gq47 I feel like you need to create a hover state with toggle states

    1. create your menu links. use individual text boxes as it will be easier to prototype
    2. select the menu links and make it into a component (Command K for the Mac, Control K for the PC). I like to rename my coponents, so I will double-click on the component and called it menu or navBar

    3.  default state is the black type. beside is a +. Click on that, and you should get a hover state and toggle state.
    4. Hover state is what happens when you hover over the text. Toggle state is an action, maybe takes you to a different page
