Hiding voice drop down in full screen

Question

Hi

I'm need to see a full screen preview in Windows 10 without any menus showing (I'm doing this on a Prowise touch screen).

I've used the shift+win+enter command, which has hidden all but the voice activation drop down menu (the little down turned arrow in the top left corner).

Any ideas how to hide it? I have only experienced this issue on the Prowise, not on my Mac.
