Home screen cant open a new project , and RTL problems

Hi 

i have the latest version of XD , mac - mojave 

cannot open a new project , and artboard templates dont show - see a screenshot  attached 

also RTL not working - cannot edit Hebrew text !! 

tried to install again , nothing helped !!

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please try the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/sk/xd/kb/fix-issues-with-xd-cloud-documents.ug.html#unable-to-create-open-cloud-docs

     

    If that doesn't work, please try uninstalling XD using the Adobe Cleaner Tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

     

    Once uninstalled, please re-install XD and let us know if that helps or if you need any further asisstance.

    I tried the steps in the first link , didnt work . 

    later this week i will try the second one and let you know
