Hover on button shrink from center isn't working

Whenever I tried to shrink the button from it's center it's not going like that, but shrink from bottom right corner no matter what i do.

It's happened before  but resolve on it's own & I just reinstall xd aswell, Im thinking Im missing some points somewhere.
