hover state not working properly

Hi this is Nitesh Joshi, please can you help me. While creating menu my hover state is not working properly in (natural state & advertising state menu).

Thanks for reaching out. I was unable to identify issues with Hover, will it be possible for you to record a video of what exactly is happening at your end or if you can explain a bit more of what exactly is happening.
