I am new on my position and my predessor created an XD file which is embedded into our intranet. I need to access tha file and update it (organmizational chart) but she's gone and her Adobe subscription as well. The document is however still aliove and I can reach it via the URL but only to view. Is there any way I can access it and transfer it to my account? Probably a stupid question....

    Correct answer ls_rbls

By embedded into the Intranet you're referring to the file that she saved into a shared folder somewhere in that network but doesn't have full Read/Write access for other users?

Seems like the network administrator haven't removed that user account from the sounds of it.

    Lucky for you!

You must contact the network administrator and have the IT person release a copy of the file to you.

Hi, sorry but I never noticed your reply but I saw it now. The link is to Adobe so it must be stored there.
