How can I create a hover button mobile?

Greetings to the entire Adobe XD community,

I am new to the topic of Adobe XD and I am trying to learn more about the program. The point is, I'm trying to create a simple prototype for testing purposes. But the following problem has arisen that I cannot solve.

For example, I want to make a simple button that when I click on it, it will hover and automatically redirect to the next screen. I have been able to do this function on the pc but when I open the live prototype from the creative cloud from my mobile it does not do the function correctly. Any ideas or advice on how I can move forward on this issue?

Correct answer Chris W. Griffith

That is a state that doesn't normally exist on mobile devices. Interactive elements on mobile devices usually have pressed states instead. There is no 'cursor' to trigger a hover, but just the press of the element.

Hi! First of all thank you for your answer.

So how could I simulate that effect in mobile. It is a fact that many apps when you press the button change the aspect at the same time that a new screen appears. Thank you in advance. Regards!
