I have startup business but having in problem in the UI/UX. I really need help how can I improve design of websites such as FESCO Bill and Nutrifix to better rank in google.

Hello, that's actually an SEO related question, let's see maybe another expert/designer might have some suggestions about it but I'd suggest Googling terms like "Improving SEO" etc, I'm sure you'll find great resources!
