How can I roll back to version 59?

Question

After version 60 the whole library system has collapsed and became unusuble for me. The library assets that are imported from Photoshop and other apps dont work properly. Normally rolling back to version 59 was fixing the issue for me but it is not possible now with the version 61. Version 59 is not listed in the older versions and i need help with this.

You can't roll back that far, true. Were you able to fix the issue? Did it get resolved on its own? Between infrastructure and app updates, some of these issues are temporary.

This app isn't getting much support anymore, if at all, so I wouldn't count on it for critical work in the long run.
