how can i select the component with it hover slate?
when i whant to move inside toggle or hover the component it make me or the hover or the regular state. i canot sellect then together

You can only select one state at a time. I guess you are resizing a component? If you resize the content of the Default State (not the component itself), the Hover State should inherit the change.
