how can I upgrade from XD 42.0 to 42.1 for Mac M1

Creative Cloud says my XD is up to date and it's on version 42.0.22.11

Unfortunately I'm unable to open a file from a co-worker because they're on 42.1

How can I update my XD so I can access the file?

On a Mac. Big Sur 11.2.3 M1

Uninstalled XD to fix this issue now XD is not showing up in the list of available apps!

Tried uninstalling and re-installing CC and used the Adobe Cleaner still not showing up!

Please help!
