How do I decrease the snap / grid / jump size?

I'm not sure which is the correct phrase for this problem; I don't want to imply the wrong thing.

I need to be able to move assets in smaller jumps than what is currently happening. I can't get the alignment / size I want because XD is forcing me to move between two points automatically (whether alone on an artboard or in relation to other objects). How do I decrease the snap / grid / jump size?
