How do I get my files back from an older account?

My old XD account was attached to a (corporate) work email address.
All email addresses at work have changed as we moved to a new subsidary name.
I need to access the older files. The email was listed under @harvardpilgrim.org.

Is it possible to get all files with that email.
We have changed to figma and need to transfer those files in Figma.
