How to Automatic scroll after navigation

Question

Hi,

I'm actually prototyping a website for my study portfolio.
 
On the top dashboard, when I click on "Le centre de formation", It conduce on the bottom dashboard.
But I would like that automatically scroll under the image. Is it possible ?
