How to change workspace to essentials in XD?

Hello,

I have been trying to change the workspace of XD to essentials (part of a tutorial I'm trying to complete) but I have not been able to find an option to change the workspace anywhere- neither can I find a way to open up the CC libraries. Is there something I'm missing?

I would send a link but it's actually a book tutorial: Adobe XD Classroom in a Book (2020 release. City: Adobe Press, 2020. Print. It's in chapter 6 (in the 360s pages). I know that's not very helpful but it was very confusing for me. Thank you for the article! I'll see if it helps.
