How to create a fixed element?

Question

I have created a android buying page and i have enabled vertical scrolling. How do i make an element's position fixed so that when i scroll the page everthing scrolls down except that element that stays at that position. Like the buying button that stays at bottom of screen when scrolling.

Select the element in the artboard you want to fix and toggle the option "fi psition when scrolling". This toggle is located in the right panel, after the dimensions and position values.
