How to export the prototype to HTML files in the latest version

Good day,

I have designed a Website prototype with Adobe XD and exported the html files lately, whereas after updating the prototype and exporting the files again, it still generates the same previous htlm files. Could you please advise how to export the latest version of my prototype?

Thank you.

Jiaqi

If you're looking to share a prototype with someone (not making a finished website, but something clients or developers can look at), use the Share tab at the top left of the XD window.

Hi Dan,

Thank you for the feedback.

I have used the share function, however, we would like to export the html files and have the English text be translated into other languages - in the process we notice some design/layout issues, namely some elements of the html view does not reflect what I see in the share view, for example, onn the navigation bar the clickable text box is supposed to be in on line, however, the html view show the text takes up two lines.

For example, "Product Features" in share view, which becomes

"Product

Features"

in the html view.

What do you mean by HTML view?

XD does not have an HTML export (except for maybe some plugins... of which I can't say how good their quality would be).

Adobe XD is a design app, not a coding app. You should not expect XD to export HTML/CSS, that would require a web developer.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. If I understood correctly you are using a plugin to export HTML files, so I'd request you to contact the plugin support directly. To contact plugin support please click on the plugin name in the plugin panel >  right-click to manage plugins > Select the plugin > Get Support. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
